Application for Graduation

The Application for Graduation is a Requirement for Graduation and needs to be completed so that the Registrar's Office can audit the academic record to ensure that all academic requirements have been fulfilled for graduation for the degree in each student's applicable program of study.

THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION FOR JUNE 2008 GRADUATION HAS EXPIRED

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION SUBMISSION FOR OCTOBER 2008: September 15, 2008

Please complete the following application and submit via this online form.

In order to graduate on time, receive career services assistance, receive other graduation services (class rings, pictures, etc.) and participate in the graduation ceremony this graduation application must be completed on time.

YOU MUST SATISFY ALL GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING:

  • Successful completion of all course and credit-hour requirements with a cumulative GPA of 2.00 or higher. IT IS THE STUDENTS’ RESPONSIBILITY TO SEEK ACADEMIC ADVISEMENT DURING THE TERM BEFORE THEY GRADUATE. Advisement must be done early enough to insure that the necessary courses are taken in the final term.
  • Graduation application submitted by the deadline
  • Register with Career Services - no later then week 3.
  • $25 Graduation Fee paid to Student Accounts Office , Room 229, no later than *Date to be determined*. This fee is an administrative processing fee required of ALL graduates and is not a fee required to attend the graduation ceremony.
